Gpsy Rose Blanchard, known for the case involving her mother Dee Dee Blanchard's Münchausen syndrome by proxy, announced she's expecting her first child with boyfriend Ken Urker. In a YouTube video, Blanchard, 32, shared the news, stating she's 11 weeks pregnant. The baby is due in January 2025. Though unplanned, Blanchard expressed excitement for parenthood.

Blanchard emphasized her desire to break the cycle of abuse she endured. "I just want to be a good mother for my child," she said emotionally, "I want to be everything my mother wasn't." Dee Dee subjected Gypsy Rose to unnecessary medical procedures for years, portraying her daughter as gravely ill. The case garnered national attention after Gypsy Rose, seeking freedom from the abuse, enlisted her then-boyfriend to kill Dee Dee in 2015.
